Euroracing Scandinavia
Founded and helmed by Kari Mäkinen, Euroracing Scandinavia has for over 40 years operated as one of Sweden’s foremost dealerships in exotic- and historic racing cars. But that is just a fortunate consequence of our true passion, more than anything we are a racing team by heart and practice. For many years we have participated in various series across Europe and especially here in the Nordic countries. We strive to keep racing alive so that we can share in our love for the sport with all like minded.
Racing team
Our racing team focuses on running efficient race operations throughout the year. We work with experienced drivers and mechanics to prepare and maintain our equipment all year round. Continues data analysis and feedback ensures that we always improve as a team and can strive for better results. The team also independently manage logistics, transportation, amenities and housing to guarantee that we are self-sufficient. We aim to consistently finish races, score points when possible, and steadily improve performance over time. But at the heart of our operations are the passion and fun we share amongst ourselves and those we collaborate with.
Workshops
Every fan of racing knows running a car is about running a workshop. Podiums and fast laps are optional while breakdowns are inevitable. With years of experience behind them, there is almost nothing our skilled mechanics can not fix at this point. But it is not only about fixing what we have broken ourselves. We regularly restore classic cars to give them a second chance, and in more ambitious cases, we take chassis and unfinished cars and make them complete.
Conference
Thanks to the vast collection of cars and the immense knowledge of Kari we are able, on rare occasions, to offer a one-of-a-kind experience for those invested in the racing world. A conference room in the middle of a F1 collection, a guided tour and catering upon request. We do not allow for unannounced visits but we are happy to respond to requests.
Archiving
We have gathered a vast archive of knowledge over the past decades and collected many manuals and notes regarding the ins-and-outs of our cars. It is safe to say that there is very little we do not know about the vehicles under our roof. Please inquire about any information you suspect that we might be able to of help with.
