The Footwork FA15 is a Formula One car built for the 1994 F1 championship and was operated by Footwork Arrows. It is fitted with a Ford HBE7/HBE8 3.5-litre V8 engine. The car was very competitive in the early stages of the season, finishing 4 by Fittipaldi at the 1994 Pacific Grand Prix as its best result.
However, as the season went on the team would suffer many retirements from Morbidelli, whilst Fittipaldi would more frequently finish outside any points. The FA15/04 specifically was driven by Fittipaldi and was the most successful of the cars, finishing 9 on average throughout the season.
